Growing up in Teesdale, Co Durham, surrounded by nature, Nick has a love of the countryside and Fieldsports. After studying Countryside Management at the Northern School of Game and Wildlife, he went on to study Practical Product and Spatial Design at Cleveland College of Art and Design. Combining the knowledge and skills learnt at both Colleges, his stunning drawings use thousands of tiny, distinct dots. Focusing on the subject itself, and free of any background, the eye is drawn to the extraordinary detail in his unique work, which can be found in collections both at home and abroad.
