Annabel’s passion for travel allows her to witness wildlife in its natural environment, providing inspiration for her work, which attracts international interest. Her work combines technical quality with character, spirit and energy. She has exhibited at venues including Christie’s, Osborne Gallery, Patrick Mavros, David Linley and Rountree Tryon Gallery, and works from her studio in the Cotswolds. The inspiration for A Highland Winter came from a trip to Scotland, where Annabel wanted to capture the connection between a mother and her calf in the beautiful frosty countryside, highlighting the distinctive colouring, character and wonderful eyelashes of Highland cattle.
