Delivery Information


UK Delivery

  • Delivery is calculated on the shopping cart page. (Lighter items are sent via Royal Mail and heavier items via courier)
  • Available delivery options are available to select on the shopping cart page.
  • All orders placed are charged in GBP and include United Kingdom VAT. (If you require a VAT invoice please contact us after placing your order).
  • Items will be sent via Parcelforce or Royal Mail dependent on delivery option selected, size and weight of parcel.
  • Deliveries to N.Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands off the British mainland may be sent via the Royal Mail and may take longer.
  • Items despatched/delivered Monday to Friday only. (Unless a Saturday delivery option has been selected).
  • No deliveries or despatches on public holidays.

  • Order before 3:45pm and the goods will leave the same day (Monday to Friday).

Courier Delivery

  • Delivered by Parcelforce Worldwide Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm.
  • Requires signature unless instructed otherwise. Please add any instructions to the notes box at shopping cart.
  • Goods left without being signed for at the request of the customer are done so at the customer's own risk.
  • Delivery time scales are indicative and not guaranteed.
  • Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, N.Ireland, Isle of Man will take 2-3 days longer.

Postal Delivery

  • Lighter Items only.
  • Sent via Royal Mail Packet Post.

Delivery Outside of the UK

Please note we do not currently deliver outside of the UK.


You can return items to the Countryside Alliance for a refund or exchange provided:

  • The goods must be in a re-saleable condition to be accepted back by us. They must have all original tags and labels.
  • The goods must not have been worn other than to be tried for size and fit.
  • The goods must not be worn outside, we do not consider this "reasonable care" of the product if subsequently returned.
  • We will not accept back footwear or goods that have become dirty, even if subsequently cleaned! We do not consider this "reasonable care" of the product.
  • If the goods arrived in a manufacturer's box then please return in the same box. Please do not stick any sellotape or labels to this box.

UK Returns

  • Returns are FREE* using the CollectPlus service where available.

  • How to return your order for free:

    1) Attach a label
    • Fill in the returns form sent with your original order
    • Re-pack your order in the original packaging
    • Fix the returns label sent with your order to the outside of the package
    2) Find a Collect+ store
    • Find your nearest* Collect+ return store by visiting:
    • Or text COLLECT and your postcode to 84555
      (Texts charged at your standard network rate)
    3) Deliver & Relax
    • Take your return to your Collect+ store
    • Track your return online
    • Enjoy hassle free shopping
  • *Please Note: Some parts of Northern Scotland, the Scottish Isles, the Channel Islands and other more remote areas of the UK may not have a Collect+ store nearby. If you think you may fall into this category please check at the Collect+ website first.

  • If your address is not covered by a Collect+ service or you prefer to use a different service then the cost and responsibility falls to the customer.
